By using Nonviolent Crisis Intervention® training as part of a comprehensive crisis prevention and intervention plan, you can learn how to defuse challenging and disruptive behavior before an incident escalates to a crisis situation. This comprehensive certified Instructor led one day program (8.5 hours) encourages participants to share workplace experiences in order to develop solutions to reoccurring violent behaviour.
Participants are led through realistic role playing scenarios to develop “team” responses to crisis situations.
